Design Direction Consult ($690)
Our 120-minute consultations offer an ideal opportunity for those seeking professional design guidance. Whether you're feeling uncertain, overwhelmed, or looking for a fresh perspective, these sessions provide the clarity and direction you need. Perfect for refining ideas, narrowing down options, and receiving expert insights, our consultations empower you to move your project forward with confidence and ease. This consultation includes 2 hours of time either before or after the meeting to review and prepare mood boards.
*Rate: $160/hr for every additional hour.

All inquires begin with a personalized Virtual Project Review, where we embark on an exciting journey discussing your space, exploring every design possibility, and most importantly, getting to know you. In this comprehensive session, we’ll dive into your vision, goals and expectations, while ensuring your budget and timeline are aligned for success. Together, we’ll outline the projects scope, setting the stage for a beautifully crafted, one-of-a-kind transformation that reflects your unique style and aspirations. At the end of our session, you will receive a customized design fee proposal.
DESIGN PROPOSAL

After the Project Review, we’ll keep the momentum going by preparing a tailored Design Proposal that outlines all the exciting details of your project. This includes the services we’ll provide to bring your vision to life, along with a clear fee proposal for our Design Services. To make everything official, we’ll finalize things with a contract—while not the most glamorous part, it's essential to ensure everyone is aligned and ready to kick off the fun! This step lays the foundation for a smooth, creative journey ahead.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

At last, the moment we've both been waiting for! With the project scope clearly defined, our team dives into the exciting conceptual design phase. Over the next few weeks, we’ll thoughtfully craft a variety of layout options for your space, ensuring every detail is carefully considered. Along with this, we’ll curate concept boards that showcase a range of design elements and material palettes, giving you a glimpse into the creative direction. These boards will include inspiration images and material samples that capture different styles, helping us understand what resonates most with you. We believe in offering variety so we can refine every detail and bring your vision into perfect focus.
CONCEPTUAL PRESENTATION

It’s showtime! Our team has poured their creativity and expertise into crafting custom floor plans and design boards that beautifully reflect your style and lifestyle. During this highly anticipated presentation, we’ll walk you through each design, highlighting the details that bring your vision to life. Together, we’ll explore what resonates with you most, ensuring every element speaks to your personality. After this exciting reveal, we head back to the studio to begin the final design phase, where your dream space starts coming to life!
DESIGN PHASE

Things are getting real! After our presentation, we compile all of our notes to start fine-tuning the design. In this phase, we start our construction drawings. This includes as-built drawings, demo plans, construction plans, lighting and power plans, elevations, millwork drawings, and more. We also continue selecting materials for the project. This is where the magic happens!
DESIGN PRESENTATION

If you thought the conceptual presentation was good, wait until you see this one! This presentation is the real deal. We go over every aspect of your design, from demo plans to finishing touches we cover every single detail.
FINAL REVISIONS

At this stage, we offer one round of final revisions. We’ve now covered a significant amount of detail regarding your design, and we encourage you to take some time to fully absorb and understand the concept. This is also when we begin collaborating with our contractor. During the budget refinement process, we may need to make some adjustments to ensure the project remains within budget and on schedule.
FINAL SELECTIONS

With the design now complete, it’s time to finalize finishes and furnishings. We prioritize this step early in the project to avoid potential delays during construction. In this presentation, we’ll review the entire material palette, including flooring, tile, countertops, paint colours, fabric selections, and more. We’ll also confirm lighting fixtures and furniture selections to ensure every element is aligned, creating a cohesive and beautifully finished space.
CONSTRUCTION

We’ve reached the final stretch of the project! As your designers, we believe in being involved throughout all phases, including the construction phase. When walls start coming down, unexpected surprises can sometimes arise. By staying engaged, we ensure smooth coordination and can quickly address any necessary adjustments without compromising the design. There are still many details to manage, and we’re here to take that burden off your shoulders, so you can enjoy the process with peace of mind.
